His lifetime partner Mrs. Charito Malabayabas a dedicated employee of a well-known real estate developer in the Philippines, is also an accomplished sales manager with a good track record in sales for the project assigned to her. The primary goal of this couple for establishing this firm is to provide their sales staff other financial opportunities from other real estate company, especially if their primary product is not viable for a particular prospect. This goal coupled with the past experience with their satisfied clients develops the plan for the establishment of this firm. Hence, its core objective is to professionally provide its clients a wide range of real estate investment opportunities that would address their specific needs and come up with the “Wise Choice”.
